This Erosion kit is a model of a city on a wooden slope to show the effects of concrete on water disruption. The bottom layer includes an airport covered in concrete that can be switched out with a model of a wetland. Students can pour water on the city and observe the differences between water absorption on a concrete surface versus land with vegetation.
